We offer sliding scale therapeutic somatic coaching sessions via video. Sessions include a centering practice, conversation, and somatic exercises.

Healing Team Coordination

We are a part of a network of healers and holistic care workers all across the U.S. We collectively create wellness spaces for gatherings and conferences of frontline organizers, social justice advocates, and for those most impacted by trauma and oppression.

Community Organization Support

We provide somatic coaching, curriculum facilitation, and generative conflict & trauma-healing processes with staff of organizations, and other groups of people.
